Dominion of the Unconquered Sun

Every year, Dominion holds a vote for Leadership of the realm. This date has been set for the first Sunday of August, each year. This is to ensure that the realm is confident in the people leading, and to ensure that everyone who is eligible has the opportunity to give a vote. In order to be eligible to vote, the following has to be true:

Voter must be considered active by Dominion standards. To be considered active, the attendance ratio must be equal to or greater than the following simple formula:

75% attendance over 3 months (meaning the most current three month period)

or

50% attendance over 6 months (meaning the most current six month period)

To check your attendance, look on the sign-in sheet. To ensure that your attendance is recorded properly, you must remember to sign-in.

*Reminder* It is not the responsibility of the nobility to record the attendance of every member. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that they are signed in every Sunday.

Just in case anyone is curious about what the different roles and requirements of the Dominion titles are, here is a carefully prepared list below.

1. Administrator

a. Known as Regent (Since Aster and Mystic Stepped Down)

b. Must be a Knight, Lady of the Court, or Maester of the Court.

c. Responsible for Running Council Meetings

d. In charge of Inter-Realm Relations

e. Handles Off field Problems until Council meeting can be held.

2. Assistant Administrator

a. Known as Stewart (Since Aster and Mystic Stepped Down)

b. Must be Squire Rank or above.

c. Back up for the Administrator

d. Handles Problems within the Dominion

3. Record Keeper

a. Must be Page rank or above

b. Keep attendance Records

c. Keeps Current Waivers

d. Keeps records of council meetings

4. Treasurer

a. Keeps track of Dominions Finances

b. Gives quarterly reports for Council.

5. Head Herald

a. Make sure Battles are run safely and efficiently

b. Signing up Nobility to run battles and find replacement for them if necessary

c. Make sure Dag stuff gets to battle.

d. Run Heralding Classes
