Gates of Summer

• Pre-registration to open in 2 weeks.
• Letters to go out prior to opening
• Price:  $15 pre-reg / $20 at the door / $10 after Saturday

• Johnny’s and Trash being handled by Reikoku
• Two at the battle field, two at King’s Landing, one at Myrk corner and one at the lake
• Heartland Waste – 20 yard dumpster / can call for other pricing
• Sign-in starts at 5pm ( 5:30) on Thursday of Gates
• No tractor on Thursday

Boy Scout Camp

• April 10^th
• Iron Wolves going to help Aster

Proposal will be announced to the people on the 4^th and 11^th of April

Council Meetings being moved

• May being moved to the first weekend – May 2^nd
• June being moved to the first weekend – June 6^th

Easter being counted as optional, people who are there will get credit for a previous battle missed.

Kevin has backed out as Treasurer, Hippy has offered to step in and help.  Voted and passed.

Sign in sheet issues.  We need to enforce signing in more so that we know who has a waiver.

Inactive Units have been given warnings.  They have three months to become active.

Proposals are being accepted for consequences of being an inactive unit.
